One Touch Can Opener: No More Struggling With Heavy Cans and Appliances

OneTouch Can OpenerThe great designers from Daka Development are introducing the One Touch Can Opener. This new appliance is ideal for those with Disabled Hands. You simply place the the battery powered cordless can opener on top of the can and push the button. The device penetrates the side of the can below the lid and rotates around the can automatically. No more fumbling with heavy cans and can openers. The device stores easily in a kitchen drawer thus freeing up valuable counter space.

The battery powered device looks to be ideal for camping, boating and RV use as well.

No word on costs or retailers as of this writing. Look for advertising and infomercials this spring.

I would like to buy your can opener for a disabled auntie of mine. Please advise.

I bought 2 One Touch Can Openers. They would not open any cans. Took both back.

This can opener will not open any cans. It goes about 1/4 of the way around & quits! Can not take back so I guess I'm stuck with a useless can opener!!! This is ridiculous, not what it claims.

How do you get the can opener off the can when the batterries go dead before the one touch completes the cutting process? I cannot seem to get it to release the can. Please help!

Got One Touch for X-mas ....What a piece of crap!!!!!!

Have a lot of trouble with this can opener. Wont release can when it stops in middle of opening a can. I find no matter what brand of batteries I use it dies before opening even a little can. Product is useless and not worth the money.

How do I open the one touch can opener to change the batteries?

HOW DOES THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT OPEN????

I bought a "One Touch" can opener. It worked for a short while, then would suddenly stop working before completely removing the lid. I decided maybe the battery was weak, so tried to open the battery compartment.
Neither my husband nor I can get to the battery compartment by pushing on the arrows. HOW DOES ONE OPEN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT???

I got one for christmas but we have no clue how to work it and not sure if there is any batteries in it so im not sure what to do ?

The can opener will not let go of the lid, just keeps going round and round until I use pliers to pry the lid from its jaws. Hardly time saving or convenient.

How do we use it now we have figured out to put the batteries in it slides in half forward but how do u attach it to a can?

Thanks

My can opener was working fine and then the batteries went dead. Changed batteries and it will not work now. What is the problem??

Works great!!! To change the batteries hold in the palm of your hand upside down and grip the bottom half and with your other hand grab the top of the opener and push downward. It should remove easily. Do not push where the arrows point it removes easier by pushing the top downward.
